Spider-Man, AKA Peter Parker, was the child of two CIA agents and was raised, after their untimely death, by his aunt and uncle. While on a high school field trip, Parker was bitten by an irradiated house spider and gained a spider physiology, among other amazing powers. After his uncle was murdered, Parker began his campaign as a superhero, fighting the crime of New York and eventually the world.
