Mink is the daughter of Rouce the Red Lightning and Mana, an imperial red dragon and thus she is born into the world as a half-dragon. Because of that she is unable to approach her love, Dick Saucer a famous dragon-slayer. However, she learns about the legendary People Potion and sets out to find it to become fully human.
